Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance management in the automotive industry
  • Dealership management experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
