Job Overview

River Run Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Analyst to support our financial operations. This role will involve close collaboration with the CFO, Controller, and various departmental leaders to ensure the timely and accurate production of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and oversee financial reporting databases to guarantee the precision of both current and historical data.
  • Assist in diverse financial reporting processes, including management and board reporting, as well as the creation of financial statements and regulatory submissions.
  • Develop monthly financial reporting materials for management distribution.
  • Compile necessary information for regulatory reporting obligations, including the quarterly Call Report and other relevant submissions.
  • Support the preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Contribute to the Bank's Asset Liability Management (ALM) program by managing cash, investment, and borrowing databases.
  • Facilitate the annual three-year Strategic Planning process.
  • Prepare earnings forecasts and other financial projections as required.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive profitability analysis process across divisions and projects.
  • Lead financial and profitability analysis initiatives, including reviews of legal entities, departments, divisions, loan products, and deposit offerings.
  • Engage in other ad hoc tasks and projects as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis within the financial services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate data sets and reports; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is also required.
  • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time constraints effectively.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
