Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst, you will be instrumental in refining our global supply chain operations by integrating changes and strategic planning to achieve optimal outcomes. Your analytical skills will be essential in:
  • Incorporating change and planning decisions to derive optimal solutions.
  • Utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure seamless coordination within the global supply chain.
  • Assessing complex material requirements.
  • Verifying and integrating Bills of Material/schedules into production plans.
  • Addressing emergent demand to facilitate aircraft delivery.
  • Determining part number attributes.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and authorizing order releases by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Documenting and resolving order delays.
  • Reporting on schedule adherence issues.
  • Developing and managing inventory plans.
  • Optimizing inventory levels and analyzing excess inventories.
  • Conducting audits.
  • Creating schedules for products and services.
  • Assisting in the development of estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
  • Implementing and maintaining process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to enhance SCM performance.

This role requires working under general supervision and is expected to be performed onsite.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or equivalent, such as SAP.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/logistics and material warehousing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing or managing supply chain analytics or strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory/Ordering Management.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Order Manager.
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3):
Typically requires 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
Senior (Level 4):
Typically requires 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
