Leadership Director of Autism Services

We're seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team as the Director of Classroom Readiness & Social Skills Group. In this role, you'll lead the development of a structured program that equips children with autism with essential social skills and classroom readiness for success in educational and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum to build social and academic skills.
  • Oversee program goals, level placement, and client progress to support each child's growth.
  • Mentor and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA supervisors, promoting effective, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage a caseload of 6-7 clients, ensuring consistent care and meeting 20+ billable hours per week.
  • Conduct monthly audits, CEU trainings, and quarterly reviews to uphold program quality and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Client goal attainment rate of 85% or higher each quarter.
  • 80% or more of scheduled therapy hours fulfilled weekly for each client.
  • Monthly program audits to ensure high standards of care.
