We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

The role involves providing home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, introducing safe and appropriate replacement behaviors, and following treatment plan goals and interventions. You will also be responsible for collecting behavior data, recording data in CentralReach, and participating in training and clinical supervision.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) and a valid driver's license and transportation. A high school diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in the human service field with a current RBT certification is preferred.

Physical demands for this role include standing, using hands and fingers, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. Travel between client homes will be required, and you must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm.

The estimated salary for this role is $35 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about working with children with autism.
