About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our Classroom Readiness and Social Skills Group as the Director.

As the Director, you will oversee the development of a comprehensive program that equips children with autism with essential social skills and classroom readiness for success in educational and social settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a curriculum to build social and academic skills
  • Oversee program goals, level placement, and client progress
  • Mentor and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA supervisors
  • Manage a caseload of 6-7 clients, ensuring consistent care and meeting 20+ billable hours per week
  • Conduct monthly audits, CEU trainings, and quarterly reviews to uphold program quality
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • BCBA certification with 5+ years of clinical experience, including program development in ABA therapy for children with autism
  • Expertise in ABA principles, curriculum development, and team mentorship
