We are seeking a highly experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as Director of Operations. This role will play a critical part in the growth and success of our Learning Centers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism, while building a productive learning center that serves a minimum of 40+ qualified children on a weekly basis. As a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will be responsible for supervising ABA staff, monitoring the effectiveness of skill-building interventions, conducting psychological analyses, and developing quality initiatives to improve referral source satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise ABA staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Monitor the effectiveness of ABA interventions and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• At least five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Proven track record of progressive leadership and management experience.
• Experience with programming, developing, and implementing multiple intervention programs.
• Reliable car, valid Driver's License, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Central Reach.
