Job Title: Behavioral Therapist for Autism and Developmental Disorders

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Field of Talent. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, with up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus available. Our benefits package includes continuous learning opportunities, professional development, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations.
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, technicians, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Set the bar high with adherence to BACB professional standards.
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
  2. Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans.
  3. PASSION FOR MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
