We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Autism Services Coordinator to join our team
Job Summary
">The Autism Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing individualized services for an assigned caseload of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes developing treatment plans, coordinating service provision, and supervising Autism Support Professionals who provide direct support.
Key Responsibilities
">- Determines the support needs of individuals with autism based on direct observation, review of assessments, availability of resources, and natural supports.
- Develops service plans for each individual to address identified support needs through available services.
- Analyzes each individual's developmental needs and develops goal targets for skill acquisition and strategies to support the individual in achieving them.
- Provides ongoing oversight, support, and training to direct care providers to ensure that services are implemented as indicated on the treatment plan.
- Trains direct support staff on effective individualized strategies to teach and support individuals with autism in keeping with best practices.
Qualifications
">We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and at least two years of experience in providing 24-hour services for individuals with I/DD or a Master's degree in a relevant field with at least one year of experience. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and acceptable automobile liability insurance are also required.
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
