Mid-Market Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our team at Avoma Inc. as a key player in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the mid-market segment.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Avoma's AI Meeting Assistant and Revenue Intelligence solution.
- Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and data.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Experience: At least 6 years of proven experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company, with a minimum of 2 years in a mid-market sales role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles, as well as expertise in Google Suite and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot).
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Education: BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a SaaS start-up or B2B sales development role.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with utilizing Open AI/Chat GPT technology to enhance customer interactions and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and tools.
- Compensation: A competitive base salary (Starting Salary $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE) plus 50/50 OTE) and generous stock compensation.
