Position Overview:

Key Areas of Focus:

Urban Living:

You have a passion for enhancing community environments and possess experience in executing and designing complex multifamily mid-rise and high-rise developments.


Resort & Hospitality:

You are a collaborative designer dedicated to developing exceptional technical details tailored to the unique requirements of hospitality facilities. You excel in balancing design efforts and coordination with both internal and external teams.


Senior Living:
You are a creative storyteller who challenges conventional design approaches for aging adults. You have experience in site test fits, space programming, and façade design. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Workplace:

You are an architect who enjoys the Construction Administration phase and possess the experience and insight necessary to deliver outstanding design outcomes in workplace-related projects.

The Project Architect is responsible for planning, coordinating, and engaging in design development, production drawings, specifications, and construction detailing within a collaborative team setting alongside the Senior Project Manager and Principal.

This role requires innovative thinking to address project needs, technical detailing, code compliance, and overall problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include coordinating projects with technical consultants, creating and updating project schedules, assisting in workplan development, and engaging in minor financial duties related to project profitability and staffing planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Alongside the Senior PM, the Project Architect will oversee multiple assigned projects and supervise junior team members to ensure project deliverables are met within specified timelines and financial constraints, including agency reviews, permitting/bidding coordination, and construction administration with support from various project administration staff.

This leader will also mentor junior staff and participate in various leadership initiatives within the firm.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
8+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation
Experience in supervising junior staff and leading project teams
Proficiency in Revit and other design software
Registered Architect or completion of ARE exams preferred
Proficiency in Office Suite, Bluebeam; experience with Procore and PlanGrid is a plus
Enthusiasm and commitment to contributing to our development, teamwork, and culture
Experience across various project types, including hospitality, senior living, mixed-use, or multifamily, is advantageous
Willingness to travel to job sites, client meetings, and other project-related locations.
