Position: Principal Radar Systems Engineer

At EVONA, we are at the forefront of Space & Sensors innovation, committed to advancing RF-based sensing technologies. Our focus is on the development of sophisticated radar and sonar systems, particularly in the realm of phased-array radar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art phased-array radar systems for both satellite and airborne applications.
  • Engage in the comprehensive architecture and design process.
  • Conduct hands-on testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop innovative hardware solutions for Ka-band radar systems utilized in low Earth orbit.
  • Excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten years of practical experience in radar systems, emphasizing phased arrays.
  • Extensive knowledge of RF subsystems and components operating within the 1 GHz to 100 GHz spectrum.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in modeling and analyzing phased array systems.
  • Familiarity with digital systems, signal generation, and acquisition processes.
  • Experience in radar signal processing, with a focus on system design and implementation.
  • Proficient in analyzing radar and test data using Python or Matlab.
