Position Overview:

Key Areas of Focus:

Urban Living:

If you are passionate about enhancing community environments and have experience in executing and designing complex multifamily mid-rise and high-rise projects, we want to hear from you.


Resort + Hospitality:

As a collaborative designer, you will focus on developing precise technical details tailored to the unique requirements of hospitality structures. Your experience in balancing design and coordination between internal and external teams will be invaluable.


Senior Living:
We seek a creative storyteller who challenges conventional approaches to aging adult design. Your experience in site test fits, space and program explorations, and façade design will be essential. Proficiency in Revit is required.

Workplace:

You will be an architect who enjoys the Construction Administration phase and possesses the necessary experience and insight to bring exceptional design outcomes to fruition in workplace-related projects.

The Project Architect will plan, coordinate, and engage in design development, production drawing, specifications, and construction detailing within a collaborative team environment alongside the Senior Project Manager and Principal.

This role requires innovative thinking regarding project needs, technical detailing, code-compliant designs, and effective problem-solving.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating projects with technical consultants, creating and updating project schedules, assisting in workplan setups, and may begin to take on minor financial responsibilities related to project profitability and staffing planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.

Alongside the Senior PM, you will direct activities across multiple assigned projects and supervise junior-level team members to ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines and financial parameters, including agency reviews, permitting/bidding coordination, and construction administration with support from various project administration staff.

This position is also seen as vital for client/project success and firm leadership, offering excellent strategic mentorship and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program
- 8+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation
- Experience supervising junior-level staff and leading project teams
- Proficiency in Revit and other design technology programs
- Registered Architect or completion of ARE exams preferred
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Bluebeam; experience with Procore and PlanGrid is a plus
- Enthusiasm and determination to contribute to our development, teamwork, and culture
- Experience in various project types is a plus, including hospitality, senior living, mixed-use, or multi-family
- Ability to travel to job sites, client meetings, and other project-related locations
