Position Overview

The Downsizers LLC is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Relocation Support Specialists. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients through their transition process, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Transition Manager to develop tailored Move Plans and Timelines for each client project.
  • Prepare for engagements by meticulously reviewing project documentation and client notes, demonstrating strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Operate a 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van, requiring comfort and proficiency in driving larger vehicles.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of supplies before and after each project.
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the relocation process.
  • Guide clients in deciding which belongings to retain, donate, gift, sell, or dispose of.
  • Expertly pack items, coordinate with moving teams, and assist clients in settling into their new residences.
  • Maintain open communication with the Transition Manager during the entire engagement.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure timely execution of moves.
  • Participate in various training sessions, both online and in-person.
  • Engage in regular Team Meetings to foster collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Transition Manager to enhance client service quality.
