Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Transition Manager to develop tailored Move Plans and Timelines for each client project.
- Prepare for engagements by meticulously reviewing project documentation and client notes, demonstrating strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Operate a 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van, requiring comfort and proficiency in driving larger vehicles.
- Manage the loading and unloading of supplies before and after each project.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the relocation process.
- Guide clients in deciding which belongings to retain, donate, gift, sell, or dispose of.
- Expertly pack items, coordinate with moving teams, and assist clients in settling into their new residences.
- Maintain open communication with the Transition Manager during the entire engagement.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure timely execution of moves.
- Participate in various training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Engage in regular Team Meetings to foster collaboration.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Transition Manager to enhance client service quality.
