Job Title: Administrative Assistant - English and Spanish

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees at Liberty Tax Franchise.

Job Description

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. You will also answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services and policies.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
