Responsibilities:
  • Sell club memberships to new and existing customers

  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals
  • Conduct pre-planning activities each month to secure member referrals and achieve sales targets
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Stay up-to-date on key competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in a related industry
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for health and fitness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Strong time management skills and practices
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
