Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Poker Floor Attendant to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our Poker Room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests, providing information and seating for Poker Room games.
  • Manage waiting lists for Poker games using our Bravo system.
  • Open and maintain games, ensuring a seamless experience for our players.
  • Page players when seats are available and escort them to tables as needed.
  • Provide buy-ins to players as needed and perform credits and fills with Dealers.
  • Transport cash and chips to and from the Poker Cage as required.
  • Wash and reset decks as assigned.
  • Maintain constant contact with the Floorperson to ensure proper servicing of guests.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Promote positive guest and team member relations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior guest service and/or poker experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
