Guest Services Representative

The Front Desk Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and visitors at UFC Gym. This position is dedicated to upholding our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Warmly welcome guests and members, providing prompt assistance and support.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring clear and helpful responses.
- Check-In Procedures: Adhere to established protocols for member check-ins, ensuring a smooth process.
- Issue Resolution: Address member inquiries and concerns effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs for maintenance requests, fitness profiles, and group fitness reservations.
- Safety Awareness: Report any unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately.
Operational Duties:
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Performance Monitoring: Track retail goals and collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
- Member Outreach: Communicate with members regarding overdue payments in coordination with Front Desk Representatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any facility issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Energetic, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated focus on providing excellent service with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Instructional Understanding: Ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
- Multi-Tasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Current CPR/AED certification is necessary.
