**Job Summary**
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework in a related field helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
**Working Conditions:**
The Guest Services Representative will work in a hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
