Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our revenue team, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with one of Cocoon's key partners, ADP. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with ADP, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation framework to ensure a consistent influx of leads from ADP's major accounts.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective campaigns and resources that empower ADP to refer clients efficiently.
  • External Representation: Act as Cocoon's ambassador to ADP, building a network of influential relationships across various regional offices.
  • Incentive Programs: Test and refine partnership incentives to enhance lead generation and introduce Cocoon to potential clients.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, address partnership needs, and identify joint marketing opportunities.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and support the progression of deals through the sales funnel.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and share insights to refine future strategies and inform revenue objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and managing business development or channel partner programs.
  • Proven track record in developing scalable lead generation initiatives, with a strong grasp of sales processes.
  • Experience in startup environments, particularly Series A-C, along with exposure to larger, more established organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of nurturing connections with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and document playbooks for unlocking key channels and training others.
  • Demonstrated urgency and focus in managing a high volume of relationships.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market landscapes and align company vision.
