Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily processing of sales orders and invoices within the ERP system.
  • Managing the internal pricing application and conducting weekly updates to ensure accurate customer billing.
  • Establishing new client accounts in the ERP system, including the electronic filing of new customer setup documentation.
  • Providing assistance to clients regarding billing inquiries and collaborating to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Supporting daily collections and postings to customer accounts as required.
  • Addressing and assisting with various office tasks as they arise.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office-related tasks, such as filing and bookkeeping.
  • At least three years of experience in corporate accounting, with proficiency in full-cycle closing and handling AR/AP transactions along with general journal entries.
  • Extensive experience in customer invoicing, statement generation and reconciliation, credit memo processing, cash application, and maintaining supporting documentation.
  • Familiarity with basic customer collections and statement reviews.
  • Proficient understanding of Financial ERP systems for process inquiries and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and consistency in attendance, alongside a positive attitude, productivity, cooperation, respect, teamwork, decision-making, and integrity.
  • Intermediate communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including workbook creation, data organization, margin setup for printing, and utilizing copy and paste along with other data formatting features.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and maintaining confidential information.
  • Associates of Applied Science in Office Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of two or more years of college focusing on business and/or accounting disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients.
  • Capability to work independently to complete tasks as necessary.
