About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Leader to join our team at AllSaints. As a Brand Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of store managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equip and incentivize your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates to empower them to deliver an inspiring in-store experience.
  • Hold responsibility for the development of your team, hosting annual appraisals to recognize and highlight achievements, identify areas of improvement, and set objectives for each individual's needs.
  • Effectively plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promoting our new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
  • Lead floor walks, occasionally at director level, with a full understanding of your business, KPI performance, and reasoning behind any commercial decision.
  • Own all areas of your business, from customer experience and backstage stockroom operations to people policies, payroll, profit protection, health & safety, and recruitment.
  • Set expectations and occasionally step into other roles to upskill and present on-the-spot feedback to drive the business forward.
  • Walk the shop floor daily, 'through the eyes of our customers,' maximizing trade opportunities, identifying and reacting to risks at the earliest stage with pace.
  • Ensure your management and stylist teams adhere to wardrobe and grooming guidelines and operational excellence, showcasing achievements and pride through our Google platforms.
  • Awareness and handling of all employee-related matters in store, working alongside your people and culture advisor to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

We are a global brand made up of a diverse mix of talented people in various roles. Our products are designed in-house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

About the Location

Our North America region consists of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
