About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including scheduling and managing outside contractors as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve equipment and facility-related problems, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including production teams, management, and external vendors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
