About Trinity Consultants:

Trinity Consultants, a leading provider of acoustic and technology consulting services, is seeking a skilled Business Development Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team on all brand and marketing initiatives, while ensuring all CRM and marketing information systems are up-to-date.

About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in InDesign and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal development and content creation, as well as strong prioritization and time management skills.

About You:

As a Business Development Assistant at Trinity Consultants, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our innovative brand by proactively responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all CRM and marketing information systems are current
  • Supporting the marketing team on all brand and marketing initiatives
  • Creating and updating marketing collateral and understanding RFP/RFQ requirements
  • Helping with the organization, update, and maintenance of all marketing system materials

Your Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to understand data and leverage insights for business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
