Business Development Opportunity

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate business terms to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively present and explain our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Cross-sell multiple solutions to maximize yield and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection, and penetration plans.
  • Assess market potential, competitive pricing, and profitability for existing business models and develop documentation for new models.
  • Assist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required; 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
  • Experience with high call volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line.
  • Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis.
  • Passion for success and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization.
  • Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment.
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in English and one of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Urdu, Amharic, Mandarin, Korean, Ukrainian, Arabic, Russian, or Uzbek.
