Position Overview:


The Clinical Application Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on clinical application and product education for the Tablo device and Outset Medical.

This position involves assisting current clients and training new users on the safe and effective operation of Tablo.

The Clinical Application Specialist will be tasked with enhancing treatment utilization through successful product launches, influencing new prescribers, and expanding the current treatment base for each console.

This role requires collaboration with sales activities that necessitate clinical knowledge and active participation in the ongoing enhancement of training programs.

The position will primarily cover a designated region but may extend to other areas as needed to facilitate implementations and go-lives.


Key Responsibilities:
Enhance treatment revenue by influencing healthcare providers and boosting utilization in existing accounts.
Implement changes in current accounts by leveraging clinical expertise and the value proposition to establish successful Tablo programs.
Organize product training sessions for clients and sales representatives.
Collaborate effectively with Outset team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Formulate strategies and execute sales initiatives in your market to promote the expansion of Tablo in both acute and home care settings.

Successfully onboard and train clinical staff to achieve full adoption of the Tablo program.
Support regional sales and marketing development activities.
Manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting on dialysis treatments, training data, and treatment growth outcomes in the assigned area.
Conduct and execute customer business reviews within your territory.
Utilize company resources effectively to influence clinical practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Dialysis
2 years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals preferred
Demonstrated record of clinical and sales achievements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade decision-makers
Proven work ethic both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
Willingness to travel up to 75%

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

The Annual Salary for this position is: $110, commissions.
