Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent experience is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience; or a Master's degree.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
A Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at the time of hiring. Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Due to the nature of the work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will act as a primary interface for users facing technical challenges by conducting systems analysis and development to ensure systems remain up-to-date with evolving technologies. Your responsibilities may include installing new software, troubleshooting issues, granting application permissions, and training users. Additionally, you will oversee the daily support of server services by managing server administration for both physical and virtual server operating systems, as well as configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual hardware and network-related interfaces on servers. You will also be tasked with performing OS and vendor software patching on servers and monitoring the performance of physical and virtual servers using monitoring tools.

Your Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities within server operating systems, as well as networking and storage technologies
  • Solid understanding of server-based operating systems
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and supporting large-scale enterprise server solutions
