Key Responsibilities:
- Main Liaison: Act as the primary contact at the construction site.
- Project Management: Make essential field decisions and guarantee effective project implementation.

- Leadership: Uphold safety and quality benchmarks in accordance with Client BIG 5, which includes:
- Safety/SOAR

- Exterior Skin Systems Meetings
- Safety Oversight:
- Implement Client safety protocols and collaborate with the Safety Manager.
- Conduct pre-planning, Toolbox Talks, and Safety Stand Down Training.
- Investigate incidents and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Develop and oversee project QAQC, including pre-installation meetings and visual assessments.
- Coordination: Manage trade partners, project logistics, and schedule compliance.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor field personnel, including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Field Engineers, and Interns.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee timesheets and daily logs.
- Manage jobsite equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and ADA standards.
- Document and execute Client punch lists and manage inspections.
Estimating and Preconstruction:
- Assist in estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction activities.
- Utilize Procore for daily logs, drawing navigation, and RFI management.
Required Competencies:
- Leadership: Effectively guide the jobsite team, including Owners, Designers, Client Personnel, and Trade Partners.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changes and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges with a proactive approach.
- Communication: Foster relationships and comprehend project dynamics.
Supervisory Duties:
- Develop and oversee field staff, including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Field Engineers, and Interns.
- Support the growth of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving machinery, elevated areas, fumes, extreme weather, and occasional hazardous materials.
- Noise levels may be significant.
Physical Requirements:
- Perform physical activities such as traversing varied terrain, climbing, bending, and lifting.
- Inspect construction operations and manage equipment.
- Driving a company vehicle is necessary.
Travel Expectations:
Travel to/from various job sites and offices; minimal overnight or weekend travel required.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of jobsite supervision experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent.
- Scheduling Skills: Ability to interpret and create project schedules, update active schedules, and resolve conflicts.
- Coordination Skills: Conduct effective Trade Partner and OAC meetings.
- BIM Technology Proficiency: Utilize BIM technologies, including BIM Glue and Navisworks.
- Safety Certification: OSHA 30 certified.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in ground-up construction on more than 5 projects.
- Construction Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, processes, and documentation.
