Bridge Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Bridge Carpenter Foreman to supervise and coordinate a crew of construction employees on various projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of construction experience, with a strong background in carpentry and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule crew members to ensure efficient project completion
- Oversee carpentry operations, including bridge construction and installation of structures
- Coordinate with other trades and project management to ensure smooth project execution
- Train and supervise workers on company policies, safety practices, and regulations
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of construction experience, with 5 years as a foreman
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, project management, and vendors
- Ability to read and understand work plans
- Physical ability to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds
