Lead Business Growth with HART GROUP

HART GROUP is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
