Job Title: IT Governance Specialist

TestPros is seeking an experienced IT Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance of our IT systems, including our Navy ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT system governance
  • Manage data quality, integrity, and security within the ERP system
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Executive and strategic communication skills
  • Significant program/project management experience
  • Deep understanding of DON structure and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Strong understanding of IT systems portfolio management within the government
