Job OverviewTop Tier Reps LLC is seeking a highly skilled Government Contracts Associate to join their esteemed Government Contracts & National Security team. This dynamic team handles a diverse range of litigation, investigation, export control, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling work. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in litigating bid protests before all tribunals, with a focus on high-profile, high-stakes, and precedent-setting cases.
  • Represent clients disputing substantial claims by and against the government before the Boards of Contract Appeals and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
  • Prosecute and defend court actions between contractors.
  • Collaborate with the team to handle litigation and counseling involving space-related procurements, corporate transactions, and international subcontract negotiations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of prior legal experience in the field, with a demonstrated interest in government contracts law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Excellent academic credentials and references.
  • Current licensure to practice law in Washington, D.C.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims.
  • Academic training in government contracts law.
