Position Overview:
The Field Marketing Lead plays a vital role in enhancing and promoting the C4 brand. This position involves engaging with the community to boost brand visibility and provide essential sales support. Responsibilities include conducting product sampling at local events, executing high-quality product demonstrations at key retail locations, and implementing guerrilla marketing strategies in public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage consumers and communicate key product messages during sampling events and activations.
- Identify community engagement opportunities and establish a robust network.
- Set up and dismantle event site components.
- Maintain an organized inventory of products and assets at local storage facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and execute demo opportunities in key accounts.
- Educate customers through product sampling and demonstrations as needed.
- Participate in Distributor Sales Meetings and market blitz activities within your territory.
- Submit timely reports using our CRM tool, Repsly.
- Track hours worked in real-time.
- Achieve product training goals and maintain necessary certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in event marketing or brand promotion preferred.
- Commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Demonstrated reliability and results-oriented mindset.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to commute to various sampling events.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle for business use, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that meets Nutrabolt's MVR policy standards.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs or more and meet job-related physical demands.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
