Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Bus Aide at the Institute for the Redesign of Learning. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during morning and afternoon bus routes
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to travel to and from school
  • Assist students with special needs as required
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transportation operations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a job-related health screening
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Must clear a current background check through the FBI & DOJ
  • A current TB test (within 2 months)
Working Conditions

As a Bus Aide, you will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate to loud noise levels. You will be required to perform physical management with students, including physically prompting, escorting, and containing students in accordance with PRO-ACT, CPI, and/or other behavioral intervention system principles.
