- Operational Management: Manage multiple programs and services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and other relevant accreditation bodies.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
- Education: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: A current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Skills: Advanced clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to staff.
