Customer Service Representative

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at Walmart, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our stores. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions, locating products, and providing product information.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements:
