Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute communication strategies that engage stakeholders and promote a culture of change.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring that contingency plans are in place to address any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring that project goals are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Prosci Change Management certification or familiarity with implementing change management plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 0-2 years of experience.
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience, and related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
