Job Summary

The Central Account Sales and Support Center is a key component of Regional Finance's branch-based community lending model. As a Central Account Sales Specialist, you will work with borrowers remotely, providing loan solutions that help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and underwrite loan product applications within guidelines and approval authority limits.
  • Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Utilize Regional Finance's account management practices to assist delinquent customers.
  • Work with management to develop, communicate, and track daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on all aspects of delinquency.
  • Close loans as directed by manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college coursework completed.
  • Consumer finance experience with exposure to sales and collections.
  • Some leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Credit and/or underwriting experience.
