Job Overview
Qventive Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts in the healthcare industry. This role involves generating new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and building relationships with key executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with medium-sized healthcare practices.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow monthly recurring revenue through Qventive technology offerings.
  • Establish strong relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meet weekly touchpoint targets, and exceed sales quotas.
  • Represent Qventive at industry events and functions to build referral networks and partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Results-driven with exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Proven experience in healthcare IT solutions, managed services, and cloud sales.
  • Skilled in prospecting, networking, and leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and aligned with Qventive's core values of ownership, innovation, and positivity.
