Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of technology solutions in healthcare. Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with executives, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with medium-sized healthcare practices.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to grow monthly recurring revenue through Qventive technology offerings.
  • Build relationships with executives (CEOs, CIOs, CFOs) to identify business needs and present solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meet weekly touchpoint targets, and exceed sales quotas.
  • Represent Qventive at networking events and industry functions, building referral networks and partnerships.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to document and track sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and familiarity with technology solutions in healthcare. Additionally, you should be results-driven, have strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and be entrepreneurial-minded.
