We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join Xcel Management Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with small to medium-sized business owners and providing them with product and service information, as well as resolving technical issues.

This is an in-person B2B role that requires the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
