Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team at TRUCK REPAIR INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with Quick Books Online
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- The want to learn & grow
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry or desire to learn a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
