We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our General Manager/Owner at TRUCK REPAIR INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and letters
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Develop and update office procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with QuickBooks Online
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in an industrial setting
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or willingness to learn a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
