Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Coordinator

About the Role
The Maintenance Clerk is a key member of the Veolia team, responsible for providing administrative support to the plant maintenance activities. This role serves as a backup to the site administrative assistant and ensures a smooth flow of information to support efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Enter data from maintenance execution activities into SAP and other site computer systems to maintain accurate records.
- Communicate maintenance data to relevant roles for potential improvement opportunities.
- Manage the process to update maintenance procedures and equipment files to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and storeroom management tasks, including loading/unloading trucks and inspecting materials received.
- Support maintenance team with job planning, kitting, and staging activities as needed.
- Assist with SAP training and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operation.
- Audit the SAP work order database and work with the site maintenance planner/scheduler to ensure all completed work orders are accurately recorded.
- Assure compliance with PSM standards, including MOCs, PSSRs, procedures, audits, and data management.
- Help develop weekly planned maintenance schedules and priorities using information from the planner and maintenance manager.
- Package and ship items via FedEx or TQL as needed.
- Run site errands and provide support for computer and printer-related issues.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
- Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data.
- Work with site staff members to keep cost tracking sheets updated and accurate.
- Collaborate with the site maintenance manager to ensure the mission, vision, and objectives are achieved for the Facilities and Maintenance Department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite, Google equivalent suite, and learn new computer systems and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and expand scope of responsibility over time.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) card once employed.
- Must be clean-shaven.
