As a Logistics Specialist at Allports Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics department.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and providing support to the logistics team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately input and maintain data related to shipments, inventory, and other logistics activities into our systems.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling shipments, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems are a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
