Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at DRH Search. This role will be based in our new Washington DC office and will play a key part in helping us expand our presence in the government contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert across our entire AI platform and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Run discovery calls with incoming leads and demo the platform.
  • Onboard new customers to the platform and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Share feedback from customer calls with product and engineering teams.
  • Help open the D.C. office and host customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and working closely with clients.
  • Understanding of government contracting, AI landscape, products, and the problems they solve for customers.
  • Experience running demos of software products.
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Ability to operate with high horsepower, be adept at frequent context switching, and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership and ruthless prioritization.
