Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to clients and their pets
  • Manage appointments, including confirming schedules and preparing patients for exams
  • Assess client needs and provide emotional support and resources as needed
  • Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member
  • Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment
  • Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process
