About the Role
NVR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing prime sites for our development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing and production teams to conduct thorough land feasibility studies and identify potential development opportunities.
- Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best possible price.
- Provide accurate and timely analysis of proposed development projects, including site development and cost estimates.
- Work closely with our development team to ensure efficient use of land and cost-effective completion of development projects.
- Oversee site development, including local zoning, planning, and pricing.
- Monitor competitive local home building and pricing trends with our marketing team.
- Coordinate lot development and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Represent NVR Inc. in the local community and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of successful land acquisition experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Real estate finance experience and knowledge of land deal structuring.
- Background in land planning, zoning, law, and real estate.
- Homebuilding industry experience is a plus.
