Land Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and development of land for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the acquisition and development of land for our clients
* Collaborate with our development team to identify and secure new land opportunities
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize land value
* Manage relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in land development
* Strong knowledge of land acquisition and development processes
* Excellent communication and project management skills
