Position Overview

As the Construction Services Coordinator (CSC) at Capital Impact Partners, you will be instrumental in facilitating construction loan management and draw funding procedures. Working closely with various teams, you will ensure adherence to lending policies and guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service to borrowers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction draws and manage loan portfolios effectively
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful loan closings
  • Evaluate and monitor risks associated with construction loans
  • Review construction contracts and applications from general contractors
  • Employ construction management systems to track project budgets efficiently
  • Handle post-closing requirements and conduct borrower meetings
  • Provide project management assistance and maintain effective communication
  • Address miscellaneous tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in commercial construction, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years in construction management
  • Familiarity with the Construction Finance sector
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Strong operational and communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Ability to comprehend construction and legal requirements
  • Understanding of loan-related legal documentation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $57,401 to $75,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive. This position also offers options for remote work.
